Custom Churchill Tours — Attraction in Churchill

This is a wonderful boat tour for seeing the beluga whales. You can choose a low tide or high tide tour. There are also options of seeing the whales and then meeting up with Parks Canada employees for a tour of Prince of Whales Fort, or just spend two hours with the whales.

Brendan is an amazing tour guide host. You can tell that he really enjoys what he does. He greets his guests and then introduces everyone that is going on the tour.

The whales love to follow the boat. They enjoy the rush of water from the propeller as it gives them a "massage". The belugas swim right up to and under the boat, giving guests excellent photo opportunities. It really is wonderful seeing the parents who are bright white and their young offspring who are dark grey swimming together and curiously checking out the boat.

We highly recommend Custom Churchill Tours! Brendan is a warm, hospitable, easy-going person who offers an excellent beluga whale tour along with a trip to Fort Prince of Wales. Brendan picked up my spouse & I, and our two 19 year old grandsons at our accommodation and following the tour dropped us at our location of choice. The tour of Fort Prince of Wales is provided by Parks Canada (Thanks you Fiona!), but you need a tour provider to get you there. If you’re considering a Beluga whale tour in Churchill I would recommend Custom Churchill Tours — It’s not every day you get to share space with Beluga whales in their natural habitat. It was truly an amazing wildlife experience! The tour was well-organized, on time and did not disappoint. At times we had at least 6 Beluga whales very close to the boat. Oh and the boat was comfortable and quiet.
