The garden has many sights to see. You will be able to find plants that are native to our region, to plants found closer to the equator (a greenhouse is located in the garden for that.) The greenhouse is open to the public from April 1 to October 1.
My favourite part of the garden would be the trails at the back of the garden. It is a piece of our native ecosystem with a stream. It is small, but refreshing and close to the city, great for anyone who wants to take in our precious forest.
Public washrooms are available, and they are kept well cleaned and maintained.
Picnic tables and benches are available.
You can book for wedding purposes, as their website says.
Free parking are widely available and accessible, and street parking also works if the parking lot is full.
There are no direct route via transit (closest transit stops are on 200 street, Grade Crescent and on 203 street)
I would definitely suggest anyone to come and visit this adorable garden and enjoy the beauty...
