If you do encounter any issues here, you can most certainly count on management to do the wrong thing. There are questionable ethics overall and your value as a customer is non-existent.
If you've noticed or encountered issues while playing on July 26th, 2025 (or at any other time for that matter) I would strongly urge you to reach out to SLGA to report what you've seen or experienced, as there were power disturbances reported which may have affected the integrity of machine gameplay on that date. These issues caused many notable issues with the machines following a system reboot. You may be entitled to compensation should you choose to pursue the matter.
If you're an artist considering a venue here, I'd be aware of that point as well. The same night power issues were reported, there was a concert taking place. I can't say there's any correlation, but I can say that when patrons have a negative experience at a hosting venue, they tend to associate the issues
Food in the restaurant has been decent, but it's not enough to warrant supporting the establishment now and under current leadership in my honest opinion.
in response to feedback Thank you. The first good decision I've heard yet. But I would suggest someone other than the manager to review the issues given you have recent reviews alleging equipment is/was tampered with shortly before technical issues were also being reported. It's a really bad image
The manager made it abundantly clear already that she'd prefer wasting everyone's time and spending 20x more to resolve issues already. You...
Read moreWe waited not kidding at the front till to get drinks me and my daughter and this guy wouldn’t serve us. I said let’s sit down to get served in the restaurant area. Took 15 minutes to get a waitress not kidding. She comes we order drinks. She comes back 10 minutes later want to eat anything I say where are the drinks. Took another 5 minutes to get drinks. In total 30 minutes before we got drinks. We ordered food too. This service was horrible and I’m spending money on machines here with my daughter for Christmas and so far bad experience. Food was just ok. Mushroom caps great but hot wings way too much Tabasco sauce I had to stop eating them or get sick. Came to pay took waitress another 15 minutes to come back to table after we said paying separate. Sh then leaves the debit machine on the table and walks away never to return. We figured out how to work it and my daughter left a zero tip but I was nice enough to tip $3.50 on a $32 meal. I did ask how much chicken wings were before I ordered and she said $13. They were $17.50 for 10. I was upset cause at that price I would have passed on them. $13 I’m ok with but $4.50 more not. So anyhow we figured out how to grab our receipt ourselves out of the debit machine and the stupid thing opens up unravels paper everywhere. I said let’s get the hell outta of here now. I don’t think we will be coming back ever and that’s the truth. Worst service of my life for a restaurant yet...
Read moreTheir food is absolutely wonderful. They know how to make a wonderful steak. If you ask for it rare, they'll make it rare and make sure it stays that way it won't cook on it own or anything. The bannock tacos are so delicious. Now let's talk dessert. The cheese cake is drizzled with Saskatoon berry sauce and topped off with a few Saskatoon berries. The crust is baked at the perfect temperature with a great moist feeling. Creme brûlée oh my god, what can't be said about this dish? Sometimes, I just go here for it, don't even gamble or anything. Trust me, you won't regret having it. I've tried recreating Creme brûlée but I haven't come even close to their style of it. Fantastic caramelized sugar and wonderful cream. I have had quite a few dishes from here, but those dishes are the main part of why I keep coming back. I'd rather not discuss anything about the gambling part of this place. All I can say for it is it's nice to win money, but set your limits. Know when to quit when you're ahead. Overall, this place gets a wonderful 5 stars from me. Keep up the great...
