Beautifully redone when new development was built 5-7+ years ago on what used to be Delson Farm/Property. They left 1/20th of the original pond, which as kids we would jump in the row boat and head to the island that was there. The island is gone but they built a tranquil domestic wet garden park, complete with a walkway around the pond, a water fountain in the middle of the pond, and there is fish in the pond (no fishing allowed) as well as a community of ducks has made Sunstone pond there home, which is quite lovely to watch the ducks & mallards with their little chicks, do the morning and evening rounds. There is two basketball nets on a small court if you want to shoot hoops. Plus a large play ground and sand pit for the toddlers to play in, while mum & dad take a seat on the benches or grass under some shade from the local trees. The only thing that gets a bit much if one is looking for peace and quiet for meditation, is all the noise from the kids playing, because it is a very popular spot and can get quite busy.

A small quiet (usually) park. Best for 4yo and up as it's basically a big jungle gym. No swings or slides. Also, if your child is a runner, you'll need to be extra cautious, as there is a small lake with no barrier that drops to a deep depth fairly fast. Not the safest thing to be less than 25m away from a play area. My kids like it for feeding the ducks and fish, as well as sledding down the hill when it snows.

This is very beautiful park. It has a small lake and you can ducks enjoying with their family. I and my wife used to go for a morning walk and sit at a bench in this park to enjoy the sweet chirping of birds. It’s very satisfying to enjoy the nature at this park.

Me and my friend used to fish this pond a lot it used to be great really fun way to spend summer now they have put up a no fishing sign just like every other pond in delta and their is nowhere to go fishing and nothing to do. In their are sunfish they are a invasive species and can go into cougar creek which is bad because they kill trout and salmon. I went down there I’m only 12 and a guy asked if I could read and said he’d call the cops if I could leave that’s when I found out their was a sign of someone can please fix this that’d mean the world to me for example you could make a permission badge that costs $15 to fishing in their and you have to be under 16 and only catch and realease. That also means you would make money off of it so it’s a win win...
