The trail is excellent with beautiful stream running. But if you scare of dogs, DO NOT GO! In my 20mins hike, I met 5 different dog walkers/owners some of them wearing reflective vests, each having 5-8 dogs, all on loose, not leashed at all, having their dogs running to you, barking at you, sniffling you. The human don’t care to take their dogs with them as they are watching too many dogs all at once! I love animals but when you have so many dogs all at once with someone who may not even know them well leading them, I was scared. None of them put their dogs closer to them or put on leash even I stopped and asked them to do so. That made the dogs bark or even more curious running towards me. Read moreWent on a weekend around noon, and it was quite busy but still an enjoyable experience. The trail has some light elevation but overall felt very beginner-friendly. (if you like more intense hiking, this is not a place for you) There are several trail options to explore, and I guess we took one of the most iconic trail with a bridge.
Walking along the bridge while listening to the flowing river was a peaceful highlight. It’s also super convenient—less than an hour’s drive from Vancouver, and easy to find without getting lost.
