VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF @ Blackstrap location on Sept 1st, 2024!! The young females were laughing at my daughter because she couldn't fit the life jackets they had supplied there 😡 This type of behavior is NEVER acceptable!! I hope they are not employed in the future, will not support this business in future! Also ppl you need to know there is an online waiver that must be filled out prior to partaking in the water obstacle, kayaks, paddle board, etc. My suggestion is they should have paper copies there to fill out, we didn't have our phones as going in water, plus not everyone has...

Place is awesome for the kids, they love it every time we come to blackstrap, but they should really have paper waivers instead of online, had to walk around the park trying to find service to sign a waiver for my kids let alone a bunch of other people park has no service. signed one last year but it has to be new every year. & then to find out I had to sign a different waiver to use one of the kayaks, so if your planning on going in this make sure your signing your waivers before...

Today is Sunday, August 15th. We arrived at the beach after 3. I haven’t seen this kind of dirt for a long time ... people pay for the entrance, but the worker only changes the garbage bags in the bins. I didn't get to the toilet, as it only works until 7 pm. There are tons of dirty grass on the shore, all in bird feathers and pieces of paper. ... it was scary to go into the water. Can't you take a rake and scoop up all this rubbish? This is a paid beach!
