David exemplifies an effective, go-getter realtor that gets the job done. We engaged him to help sell our house, under a tight timeline and he did it in 2 days, by working with us to develop a strategy, deploying an effective end-to-end process and ultimately surpassing our expectation. We initially worked with a previous realtor who essentially did what an average realtor does: make you do all the work, put your home on MLS and wait for manna to fall from heaven. These are the features I observed that set David apart from every other realtor out there: He met with us to understand our goal and provided us with options to help achieve it. He actually helped us develop a strategy to get what we wanted. He invested his own skin in the game by using his own team of video and photo experts, at no extra cost to us. This step with the previous realtor cost us 900 bucks and the photos and videos were ultimately useless. He took charge of the whole process from start to end, while consulting us at every critical decision points. He actually marketed the home beyond the traditional MLS listing. The home was already marketed across several social media platforms even before it hit the market. So, it was not surprising that we got more viewings in one day than we got in the previous 4 weeks with the previous realtor. He immediately followed the launching with an elaborate and well organized open house. Needless to say, the home was sold the day after launching. The home sold in just 2 days!!! My husband and I had the pleasure of having David referred to us as a realtor. I’m incredibly please with the service we received! My husband and I were in a rush trying to find not only our first home, but also our dream home. Buying ones first home is always an exciting but also nervous experience. I was lucky enough to have David as realtor to buy my first home. One of my best friends recommended David and I am glad we crossed our paths.

He has great negotiation and communication skills and secured a very good and discounted deal for us. I asked him many times to discuss different issues with the builder and David was always open to present our case and smooth things out. It was comforting to know that my realtor was fighting for me and doing his best to grab a lucrative deal.

David has very good knowledge of the housing market, different neighbourhoods in the city, and has very good understanding of pros and cons of a house. He guided me with logical reasons about merits or demerits of a house during our search. One of the good things is that David does not spam and confuse you with lots of advertisements. He focuses the house search according to ones requirements and only shares the best available options. This saves valuable time and effort. He also guided me about houses from reselling point of view so that we don't loose money when moving to a different house.
