This place could have been a very nice nature walk and bird watching place. However, we found the trails are not maintained after first kilometer. The trail marks disappear or appear at other places, not following the map. And if I follow the main trail, it ends in tall grass where it can't be followed anymore. The first part of the nature park is beautiful, and lots of birds to see. If they maintain it again, it is a good place to visit.

Great park to hike near town. Quiet and fairly well kept. Some of the side trails are overgrown making them difficult to go through without higher risk of ticks but the main trails are all well developed and clear. Clean and beautiful year round. I recently ran into a doe and her fawn on the trail. There are no restrooms on-site, so make sure to stop somewhere before arriving if planning and being here a little while.

Such a beautiful park. There are a couple trails so you can choose between a short or long walk. Beauty aside, there's tons of poison ivy EVERYWHERE so be careful!!!! It's not the best maintained trail so watch out for widow makers and it always seems to be muddy even on a hot day so walk with appropriate footwear. Check out the rocks for fossils, interesting history lesson for the nerds.
