I was quit shocked that I had to pay to go and watch my grandchildren play on the play structures,this will be the last time i go to donated park and pay to go in ,we went there cause my granddaughters like the zip line but like anything the city seem to own it was broken,I personally do not recommend bringing your kids there,also I asked a few other adults there if they had paid and they said no,so i guess they have no way of policing the people coming and going into this donated park ,bring your kids to a play park around the city for which you dont have to pay...shame on you city of sudbury for charging for this donated land from ,Mrs Fielding,I understand when she donated this land there was to be no charge for acess,I might be wrong but...
Read moreKivi Park is an amazing man-made park in Sudbury, northern Ontario. Everything is like at home - birches, fireweed flowers, blackberries, raspberries, mushrooms, spruce trees. It smells of herbs and flowers. Like at home. Quiet, poetic and unusually calm. I suggest this park to anyone who is travelling to Sudbury. This is an ideal place for children, as there is a lot of fun in the park. And I found lovely aspen mushrooms, ate wild berries, breathed in my native air and recharged myself with the power of nature!

Read moreA ton of well groomed trails, plenty of off-roading mountain bike trails, beautiful scenery, some lighted groomed hard pack trails for at night, a magnificent playground, at least two warming stations, the nicest outhouses you will ever see, a wheelchair accessible warming station equipped with first aid kit and defibrillator, and oh so much outdoor space to get lost in and explore.
