Nepahwin Lake is a fantastic asset for Sudbury, offering a great natural escape right on the edge of the city. The best part is its accessibility and the nice supervised beach—it’s perfect for families who want to swim without driving too far into the wilderness. The walking/biking path around the lake is also excellent and well-used by the community. The main negative is that because it's so close to urban development, the water quality can be a concern, especially after heavy rain.
