Great place to spend a warm afternoon. Smooth rock beach so no messy sand to deal with. Excellent spot above the beach for a picnic with views all the way to the Toronto skyline. Grab a delicious fresh made sandwich on the best sourdough bread from the Bench bakery and cafe at the corner of highway 8 and Bartlett Rd. There is also a Pizzeria in the immediate area. Plus, as always, a fascinating place for a stroll through the fanciful century old cottages in this historic location. ☆☆☆NB No change rooms or washrooms at this beach. There is a Timmy's just west of highway 8 and Bartlett. Also, most of the narrow streets are one way so consult a map or the Welcome Centre just off the highway at Cassablanca where you can also get brochures on historic self guided tours and some of the great amenities in...
