McIntosh Run Community Trail — Attraction in Halifax

It's a very lovely, picturesque trail in the heart of the city. The only unfortunate thing about the trail is that it's really short. It's great if you're looking to go for a short stroll. I unfortunately forgot to wear bug spray so whatever you do make sure you have bug spray on even if it's raining or you will get eaten alive. There's lots of blackberry bushes around the trail and the sound of the birds singing is tranquil. There is however construction happening at the end of the trail and the construction workers don't seem to know that once you put the garbage in a bag that said bag should be disposed of properly. Will definitely be going back just to soak in...

Something has to be done about the garbage and dumping of construction materials that has ruined this trail. Walking through this trail breaks your heart and is much more than one or two people could clean by themselves, ruining this once beautiful spot.
