I've lived across the street from this park for 25 years and mostly use it to walk my dogs. I really like the park but dog poop everywhere has become a major problem. Its the worst I've seen in the 25 years I've been using it and despite trying my best I stepped in some last week and it was disgusting. Been walking my dog at the Elementary school park in my area ever since. They have signs posted about the rules for walking dogs (Pick up after them and keep on leash) and both rules are never followed and it leads to a poop filled park with dogs running wild everywhere. In short the dog walking experience has become horrible. Giving MSP 4 stars though because I still have a soft spot for it, I even remember running track here back in the mid 90's when I was still in school. But the last few times using it have been so bad it led me here to vent a bit.
