This should be the shortest and easiest trek on the Cabot Trail. It is not even half a mile round trip but the few minutes walk offers you a generous view of the beautiful Ingonish Beach area. We visited there in mid August and the leaves had just started turning into yellow. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be...

Located before the entrance to Cape Breton National Park which is easy to be missed out by visitors. We accidentally parked opposite the trail and hiked up for the look-off.
