Great trail. Have to take a ferry from The town to George island the price is 5$ per person now. Our driver, Jordyn, was extremely kind and answered all our questions with lots of knowledge! We did get eaten alive by mosquitos on the second half of the trail and practically jumped on the boat to get back! But the view of the Georgian bay made it worth it! I would highly recommend bug spray however as we made the rookie mistake of forgetting to bring any and got eaten alive. The view from the far side of the island is incredible and the path takes you over a series of different terrains from woodlands wetland, rocky outcrops and shoreline.
