Lakeview Park West Beach — Attraction in Lakeshore

The township maintains the beach the best that they can, Mother Nature usually takes over in ruins it from storms, the township could probably maintain it better

One of the nicest and cleanest beaches around. Very safe calm and shallow water almost 100 feet out. It's perfect to swim for younger children. There's small place you can buy an ice cream and some snacks and food right there on the beach. Two minutes walk from the beach you can rent a room from Belle River Yacht Club, the Sup & Sun rents paddle boards and kayaks right around the corner. We love this beach! Kids beg to go every warm sunny day we have. The sand is nice and the water is shallow for quite a bit out, you don't need to worry about your littles too much. We usually go weekdays, weekends it can get crowded. There can be a fair share of teens there, some play explicit loud music, so be prepared for that if you have young kids.
