Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lakeshore

Arrived around 7:45pm. Only customer in store. One staff (supervisor) behind counter. Waiting with grandchildren, staff did not acknowledge us. I finally asked if she was the only one working? Staff said other staff on break. I said ok, np. She said she would be right with me. I observed for minutes her taking orders from drive thru, making orders and taking more orders. I said, Miss I don't think that's fair your taking vehicles just pulling in and we have been standing here waiting. She said I know, and continued to take care of drive thru. I waited with my grandchildren a few more minutes as she still still took care of drive thru. We walked out of store. This was very insulting, and ignorant. I am completely devasted for my grandchildren to witness that we were not served, and ignored. I am very upset over this, and being disregarded was not professional at all. I will be writing a letter to head offic. I'm saddened that a terrible message was sent to my grand children by the staffs...

I took my grandmother here in hopes of enjoying a coffee and some snacks as it was her day out from the home. She is only allowed one day every other week and I thought what better way than to spend it at such a well established restaurant such as Tim Hortons. Was I ever wrong. The food was sub par as the coffee was Luke warm and the donuts tasted as though they were made many hours ago. Unfortunately it only got worse. We were extremely respectful despite the situation with the food. However, the server on duty berated us for speaking too loud despite having our tone only slightly above a conversation level to be heard over all the hustle. She yelled at us and told us that if we didn’t like it, we could leave. The only redeeming quality of our visit was a male worker working the window named Paden. His customer service was very inviting and he helped our very need. Suffice to say that after this situation we will not...

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! I live in belle river and I now refuse to go to this location. They never have anything!! They are so poorly managed that they are always out of major items. Every time I have ever been there, which has been several times, they don't have half of the items you request. At 9 am, they don't have eggs for breakfast sandwiches. This is a regular occurrence for this location. Or at lunch time you can't order a sandwich because they don't have bread.. like any bread... for real not a single bread option. .. this has happened at least 3 times that I have encountered. They don't have chili, or any of the soups they advertise. They never have any selection of timbits. And to make matters worse, they regularly screw up your order. I just give up going there now. I would rather drive to emeryville and wait in a longer line than go to the belle...
