Balls Falls Conservation Area is a must-visit! The trails are easy to explore, and both the Upper and Lower Falls offer stunning views, especially after rainfall. You can even park for free on Glen Road at the Glen Trail entrance, making access convenient. The heritage village adds a charming historical touch with restored 19th-century buildings like a grist mill. It's perfect for a peaceful nature walk, birdwatching, or photography. Well-maintained and serene, this is an excellent spot for a relaxing day out in nature. Highly recommended!

I had a bit of trouble making sure I was on the right trail, in spite of markings but most of it was pretty easy, even though I use a cane. There are lots of spots in the woods that are very beautiful, in addition to the waterfall. The parking lot has space to park an RV, if you pull over to the more grassy area away from the general car parking. Enjoyed walking through the restored village buildings as well. Would be nice if there were times available to see inside the house.

A small but decent hike, parked on Bruce trail along glen road which added a few kms. But the hike was good. The section on Bruce trail has many roots and rocks so a good hiking boot is recommended, this path is along the waterbody so the noise of flowing water is kind of melody throughout. The upper falls hike is almost on an even surface. Lower falls lookout was good. Danger sign aptly put on for trying to navigate to the bottom of lower falls
