Read moreI had a bit of trouble making sure I was on the right trail, in spite of markings but most of it was pretty easy, even though I use a cane. There are lots of spots in the woods that are very beautiful, in addition to the waterfall.
The parking lot has space to park an RV, if you pull over to the more grassy area away from the general car parking. Enjoyed walking through the restored village buildings as well. Would be nice if there were times available to see...
Read moreA small but decent hike, parked on Bruce trail along glen road which added a few kms. But the hike was good. The section on Bruce trail has many roots and rocks so a good hiking boot is recommended, this path is along the waterbody so the noise of flowing water is kind of melody throughout.
