Probably the worst customer service, dining experience i have ever had in my life! Not bs-ing.

A group of 11 came for a birthday lunch. They were supposed to open at 2pm. The doors didn't open until 215pm! It took a half n hour for our tea and coffee to come. It was luke warm. Strange as we were told we were waiting for a pot to brew. Server couldn't count and had to return to table with water 2x. Food came out one by one....COLD! And, I would say it took well over an hour by the time we all received our meals. There was about 3 tables in the restaurant! I got up and went to server with complaint. He didn't take any responsibility further poor service and blamed nee cook! I told him he was part of the issue as well. He got his manager. She had ZERO customer service skills. She blamed the new cook as well and also said our server works in kitchen and was helping fill in. Told me she would take 15% off bill, but that is all she could do. I told her she needs a team meeting because the whole restaurant needed a talking too... She seemed very uninterested and not qualified as a manager. Our server actually went on a rant about how he is upset about the mandatory 15% gratuity for tables over 8. Was going on and on about how unfair it was to the servers as it went to kitchen. Was really unprofessional, but by this point it seemed like a circus in there. None of us were happy with our cold meals. And that was 11 ladies that will be telling at least 11 more people about the horrible dining experience we had. We won't be coming back. walked in there was 5/6 empty tables, none were clean. So partner& i sat ourselves down, cleaned garbage/cups ourselves. Waiter came by 10 minutes later and stood in front of us quietly. We were waiting for her to ask us what we wanted but she just said “what do u want” no question, just a statement from her. Ordered and got some 7up+Gingerale. Flattest and most warmest soda ever. Proceed to the food, I asked for a medium rare steak and got an over salted well done piece of meat. Gravy was salty for poutines. If you want frozen cheap food that’s your place to go. This is such a cute little Casino off the highway 10 north of Swan River quite a bit north. It is a cute little place to stop and they have a gift shop that has a lot of wonderful Aboriginal Style things, I didn't really get a good look at it cuz I arrive late and the gift shop was closing. However I did manage to enjoy some of their very good coffee quite a few times was very tasty, the bathrooms are very clean, the staff is extremely friendly extremely helpful. If you get a large win they are very quick to pay. Overall even though the weather outside was frightful inside...
