Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Manitoba

Had an extraordinary experience at the tim hortons in the pas today, i have normal sedan and apparently it was very loud and the lady named Marissa couldn't hear it even after i was almost yelling my order and she yelled "TURN YOUR VEHICLE OFF" i drove to the window to give my order and gave my order there. I asked for a small steep in a large cup because it would've cooled a lot quicker. I have never had to pay for a large steep tea just to get the large cup, but that's not the point. When i asked for the steep tea. She literally said i charge you for a large cup in such a rude tone, almost like she didn't want to work there. Went to Tim Horton's this afternoon in The Pas Mb. Ordered a Mocha it came without whip cream and chocolate drizzle. Total $1.70 gave the drive thru $5.00 she gave me back $2.30. When i called them to let them know what had happened they said nothing about the extra $1.00 that they kept but said that i should have been told about the changes to the mocha. We now have to say if we want whip topping and chocolate drizzle. I have been ordering mocha's for quite some time and always paid a little less then $3.00 and it came with the works. June 21 (1.48 am). I went there at drive thru ask Joseph for a refill of coffee. He charged me for the cup even if had my own steel travel mug. Still i said ok that’s fine. Then he made coffee in tim’s cup and then transfer in to my cup even after i said not to transfer from a plastic cup.
