An absolutely lovely marsh, nature spot to visit. There are many inner nooks to watch the ducks and other species from. If you visit right after it rains, all sorts of species come out it may shock you. I've seen Great Blue Herons here many time. They hang out around this marsh very regularly. I've also seen various species of birds, frogs, and much more. There are cyclists who like to cycle through so stay on the right side of the path. If you're driving here there is a nearby plaza with the Italian bakery just East of the park. Walk along Britannia and right after the animal vet clinic make a right on to...

Multi-use trail was recently repaved (2016) and so it is smoother to ride / rollerblade. A play park on the south side of the lake is new as of 2017 , with woodchips, shade and brand new equipment, even a large sandbox. There's evidence of beavers on the north side - chopped saplings. Birds aplenty in spring/summer. As the warnings signs say: water levels change quickly, so it's not safe for swimming or boating, or...

When we used to live near there we absolutely love this place! I just love going for long walks there. You could always feed some ducks eat some scenery have a place to sit down and rest gorgeous walking trail that made you feel like you are summer at the cottage. But still so close that you could be home in a few minutes. I would highly recommend it for moms with babies for long walks to get rid...

Nice loop around a series of stormwater holding ponds. Fun that there's a beaver that lives here. Look for the beaver dam and the chewed trees from the south side of the pond. Don't skate here in the winter. It's dangerous since there's a constant flow of salty street water in the winter. I've also seen police or officials ticketing people for skating or playing hockey out there.

Wonderful walking path with shady trees and benches all around. Perfect for a quiet walk in the morning or evening. It's about 2.5 kms if you make a full round. Nice for walking dogs as well, but be mindful of going towards the water with your dogs because the water level can suddenly change. Very quiet and full of nature sounds.

Place is relaxing. Not too busy when I went there so this place is good for those who want some peaceful quiet time. Nice walking paths to explore or exercise. It has trail access close to the pond/marsh to see the ducks or other birds.🦅 No close parking so not so ideal for non-residents of the area.
