I went there with my 6 and my 2 year old. We all really enjoyed the place! My 6 year old was jumping all over the place - 2 my two year old followed her around and then got scared not too long after, but there's two parts to the place: A Trampoline part and somewhat of a maze-like tree houses part. So with the 2 year old we had fun at the Tree-house maze part while the 6 year old was bouncing everywhere.
Small caution, there are some "slides" made of trampoline rope, be careful, I slid there and I had a pretty good rope burn on my back - so either tuck your shirt in really well or don't use them - but the fun isn't there!
Staff was nice, reservations were made properly. The place is clean and nice because it's technically new. Only thing that's missing is closer on-site beverages and washrooms. There's a small water bottle (no hand sanitized next to it unfortunately) where you can get some water, but I can see it run out pretty quickly - so make sure you bring your own water bottles, and if you sweat, make sure to bring some extra clothes.
I also recommend giving your kids long sleeves and pants to make sure they don't get rope burns.. the trampolines can be somewhat chaotic and your child WILL fall. So care, I was there for about an hour and saw at least 3 kids crying because they didn't fall properly (not necessarily their fault).
But we still all enjoyed it there, we will go...
Read moreWent to Upla.. 9:30 pm slot.
It was fun.. lots of trampoline.. at 9:30 pm not alot of people...
But the price... same price for the day too... But at night, you can accès less places, and you have 90 minutes.. as for in the day you get 130 minutes.
So it would be nice to pay a bit less for less time and less accès.
Everyone pays the same price. Everyone.. kids, teens , adults....
Very expensive for a family of 4.. taxes included 137$.. for 90 minutes of jumping...
If you want to have fun, I recommend for kids over 8... under that age, very dangerous as kids fall all the time and you are very unstable I'm the trampolines, so you could fall on them.
So verdict.. Nice place Kids liked it Can bring your water.. it is safe to leave our stuff on a table.. Very expensive. But everywhere is the same.
Would I go back. 50...
Read moreAs much as we adored our time at UPLA, even on wet and rainy day. We lost 130$ by reserving ahead of time! VERY VERY disappointing as a consumer! We went to celebrate my sons’ birthday with friends & at other attractions like this one, they will not charge the final count because they know families need to cancel (even last minute, an hour or so before a party, for numerous reasons). The majority of our party attended, but our experience would have cost closer to 157$ with the number of attendees. Life happens, weather happens & we still came and did not cancel two days ahead because we were hopeful.
The bad customer service is the downside that you cannot adjust the reservation, very disappointing. We’d love to come back but this has left a sour taste for us, and I doubt we will...
