A nice sandy beach with shallow water. Great place for kids to swim and make sandcastles on the shore. Beacause of the dark sand color you may have an impression that the water is dirty. The beach is a bit crowded, but everyone can find the spot. I'm not sure if it's always like this there but the day we visited the beach it was windy and hot, and bc of the wind gusts we were not able to open our parasol and had to stay under the open sun. You can't make bbq on the beach. However, there's a picnic area not far from it. The daily access, which includes Family beach entrance + daily parking, was $29.60. The daily parking is valid for the whole park. If ever you decide to leave the beach and go somewhere else in the park, you won't have to pay your parking again. There are 2 parking spots near the beach. One that is really close and that fills up very quickly. And another one is 900m away from the beach and you'll have to walk. Overall, it's a nice escape not far from Montreal.

The beach is somehow big enough for some hundreds or so families, there are picnic tables, park around and it is quiet. The only thing I didn't like is the parking fees. Cost like 8 $ / 2 hours which is expensive I think. Otherwise it is a lovely place to go and walk around with your family, and pets if you have any. I recommend it

This peaceful beach is perfect for a relaxing weekend. The soft sand is great for building sandcastles or sunbathing. Lifeguards are on duty and keep a close watch to ensure everyone’s safety.

A smooth walkway makes it easy for people with strollers, wheelchairs or push buggy to reach the beach. There are places to BBQ, picnic tables, and quiet paths with beautiful views of the lake. A castle turned into a coffee shop adds to the charm.

The restrooms are clean, and there’s plenty of parking for a reasonable daily fee. The entry fee for adults is affordable, making it a great spot for a day out.

UPDATE:

We visited again over the weekend, and it was as beautiful as ever. However, we were disappointed to see some people bringing their dogs, others playing loud music through speakers, and several individuals smoking despite the presence of babies and children. To top it off, some were even consuming...

No bathrooms. Horrible outhouse. Someone scratched my bumper and colasped my mirror. Life guards keep warning horribly on speaker phones to not leave valuables. Regular break-ins. No food sold. No WiFi. Rowdy people playing soccer ⚽️. Haky sack with soccer balls in the middle of Beach ⛱️ goers. It's totally inconsiderate. Just had to move. We'll might as well leave. Water erosion and unsafe footpaths leading to Beach. Needs more lifeguards. Especially some out at the deep end of the beach. Would check swimmers and paddlers. Not enough security. Dirty water. Squishy Beach from Clay. It's very...
