Splish Splash Water Park - Morden — Attraction in Morden

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It’s the best way to spend your day! The lifeguards are great as well as the owner. I felt like I got treated with respect which I very much appreciate because I’m not used to that. I love all the different activities you can do on the park as well as the pillow launch. By far the best day of 2022 for me and I will definitely be going back soon! The prices are extremely good for what your doing. Especially the day pass, for 30 dollars you can spend the whole day full of excitement and joy! All of the staff deserves more credit for all the hard work and dedication they put in. Great Idea and lots of fun, life guards are great! The owners of the business are quite rude! Prices are high for what you get, don't get the day pass not worth it, you and your kids get tired pretty quickly and when you get off for a break and try to go back, you get put on a waiting list wich by the time you get on your kids don't want to back . No care is givin from the owners when you complain to try to get time for the next day and if you get anywhere you had to argue with them at the office with potential customers behind you for a decent amount of time until they give you pretty much what you want just so you get out, all they care about is money...

Not one to post reviews, but when it's this bad I had to. Had very bad customer service buying tickets for my kids. Got back talk from one of the owner's which was very unprofessional. Later I found out, named marshall champagne. Funny how an owner makes a review to boost the numbers, fake review. I will not come back to the water park. And my guess many are friends of his, which makes the review number inflated. Sick of companies doing that, when they offer bad service.
