A decent sized hill near Montreal. They have a nice selection of runs, which are sometimes a little confusing to get between but that is pretty minor. The chalet is really nice, however like all the other Sommet sites, the food is mainly junk and very overpriced ($14 for a tiny salad is crazy) so bring a lunch. We have been going there more regularly and it is a little frustrating that parts of the hill are closed in the morning such as the lift on the far left and competitions are constantly closing good runs. This year prices are crazy so we likely won't be back unless the prices readjust. The EV chargers are nice, however, they are badly placed and thus it is sometimes hard to park in front of them, if one person is badly parked, some of the spaces become non accessible. It's also frustrating to always see people go up two by two on the lifts, notably when there are long lines. On the other hand, the lessons are quite good and there is a nice little ski park where you can try jumps or just ride...
Read moreThe most unorganized place I've ever been to, there's absolutely no signs whatsoever you have to ask everytime you want to do something After we confirmed our reservation through the machine and went to pickup our rentals we waited in a line that didn't move for 25 minutes and there wasn't anyone to ask until a guy that works in there told us that this line is for people who didn't pay yet so the whole line had to move to the other door . I went on one of the rides up and when i got there i told the employee that I'm an amateur and i just came up for the ride and he told me that there is no problemgoing down but when i did the workers down there told me that i shouldn't have done that for security reasons , a kid knows that if there is a real security concern the least you can do is warning amateur people like me by putting 'signs' saying whatever...
Read moreWorst service you can have. I didn’t even go, and I still got the worst service. I called to ask if I can rent snowboard boots only since online on their website you have to rent the whole bundle equipment (boots, helmet, snowboard). The reception transferred my call to Morin Heights rental. I asked my question, and he wouldn’t even answer me properly. He told me that it’s possible to rent only the boots, and while I ask him how much it would be, he just told me to check online. I told him that I already checked and it’s not possible for me to rent only the boots online, so there’s no price for only that item. He keep telling me to go look online, and told me he has 5 clients in front of him and ended the call. Like, how hard could it be to just tell me the price to rent snow boots? Well now, I can say that they just...
