Great beach, although I didn't see too much of the sand dunes. The boardwalk is a gorgeous setup, with stairs along it that lead to the beach. The beach itself is great during lowtide. You can see jellyfish, silver foxes, hermit crabs, seashells, and starfish. The water is actually not as cold as I thought it would be, just be cautious because I heard there are high rates of e coli here at the moment, so be sure to shower asap after swimming. Parking is on the left side of where google maps takes you (there will be signs so don't worry). Don't confuse with to the right which is a drop off area only.

Washrooms are unavilable after a certain time with the nearest gas station being 7 kms. There is a septic washroom near the parking area but I would default to the forest...

Beautiful beach, that was not overly crowded on a Friday. No showers, but change rooms and clean composting toilets available. Lovely boardwalk.

While you cannot take your dog on the beach, they offer a free kennel. We were SO thankful (having paid $20 at Parlee to realize no dogs are allowed) that we could enjoy a beach and safely...

We love this place so very much, walking on the boardwalk and then the beach, checking out all the cool shells and you will come across so many skeletons of crabs and baby lobster. Even when the wind is whipping and cold it is worth...

Great sandy beach. I loved the fact that a walkway was built to protect the ecosystem of this place. Personally I also find it a good choice to have placed the car park a few hundred yards away from the beach, the better to preserve nature.
