I visited the Irving Eco-centre, la Dune de Bouctouche with my family, and it was an incredible experience for 5 of us.
Hidden gem, free access to beautiful sandy beach. The boardwalk is beautifully maintained and offers stunning views of the dunes and coastline, Long board walk but multiple access to the beach, you won’t have to walk far to get to the beach.
It's the perfect place for a peaceful walk surrounded by nature. The information boards along the way provide interesting insights into the local ecosystem. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the visit even more enjoyable.
This peaceful stretch of beach is great get away from the stress of life. This orange sand is soft and easy to walk on barefoot. You'll enjoy the sea air and the waves as they crash against the shore. This are is really safe for kids and a great way to get fresh air. I love my walks here and will be back.

Bouctouche Dunes – A Coastal Gem That Overdelivers
If you’re looking for a beach experience that’s clean, quiet, and genuinely majestic, Bouctouche Dunes delivers — and then some.
The first surprise? The water. Much warmer than you’d expect for the North Atlantic, making it actually inviting for a swim. The shoreline is impressively well-maintained, free of litter or noise, and the overall vibe is calm without feeling empty.
It’s not crowded, but not deserted either — just the right balance of space and presence. And the views? Absolutely spectacular. From the sweeping dunes to the open ocean horizon, it’s one of the most photogenic coastal spots in the Maritimes.
This isn’t a party beach or a tourist trap. It’s serene, stunning, and quietly unforgettable.
Verdict: ✅ Warm, swimmable waters ✅ Clean, well-kept shoreline ✅ Breathtaking natural scenery ✅ Unspoiled, uncrowded atmosphere
Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates nature...

I'll never understand why people go to a natural area like this and degrade it with garbage and disrespect. Kudos to owners for doing...
