Very clean and new. Water tap, good gates, good fence. Paved path through well kept grass, benches. Separate area for small dogs. Lots of parking. Only downside is that it's on the edge of town, so it was quiet, at least when we visited it.

This is the best dog park we've been to. Two large parks for big and small dogs. There are benches for the adults to rest on while our fur babies run and play. It's at the SPCA, so you can stop and find another pet to take home with you.

I always check the field before I let my dog go, although it was clean and well kept; there were quite deep holes throughout the large dog field … so much so that I decided to not play ball for fear of injuring him. We left.

The park offers a spacious layout with separate sections for small and large dogs, which is a thoughtful and helpful feature. It’s generally well-maintained, and most dog owners are friendly and respectful.

However, there are two ongoing concerns. First, certain areas become muddy after rain, and the city has continually failed to fix this, which can make visits messy and frustrating. Second—and more importantly—some owners bring dangerously aggressive dogs who should never be off-leash around others. Even when muzzled, these dogs can cause fear and tension in what should be a fun, social space.

Let’s be clear: dogs are a reflection of their owners. Chronic aggression in a dog is almost always the result of poor training, neglect, or a lack of socialization—all of which are the owner’s responsibility. It’s not fair to blame the dogs, but it is absolutely fair to say those types of owners should not bring unstable dogs to a shared off-leash park.

All things considered, it’s still a good place to bring your dogs—as long as you’re cautious of random aggressive dogs and don’t mind a few muddy patches. With more oversight and owner accountability, this park could be truly...

Really enjoyed taking my dog here they have water bowls and a nice cut area and plenty of dogs to play with! Would have givin 5 stars if it wasn’t until the end when this man brought three dogs in and right away he started throwing a ball which then caused his dog to snap at my 4 month old puppy not to mention this dog looked aggressive and non friendly! I left right away! I’ve learned that u don’t bring toys to a dog park because dogs get territorial over there things and can be a recipe for disaster! My dog was just trying to sniff the other dog after he sniffed my dog and he turned around to bite and scared me and my dog .His owner did nothing about it and continued to talk to the other people there. Edit: beware ticks...

Of all the dog parks we went to, this was the smallest one. But, it was mostly clean (a few old loads of dog poop lying around), and there was fresh water available for the dogs to drink. I'd come back here if I wanted to give my doggies a...
