The tour guide was racist toward me. I took a tour last Friday at 8 AM. My mom and I were the only Asians in our tour group (though I believe there were other Asian families in another group led by a male guide). After riding the boat and checking attendance, the guide turned to me and said, "I'm sorry, I don't know how to pronounce your name." I responded, "It's okay, I'm Youngeun!" But at that moment, she turned her back on us, faced the others, and loudly said, "Whatever, just them," while pointing at us (though she pointed with an open hand, the fact that she said such a thing in front of everyone was still rude). It was an awkward experience. Is it normal to speak like this to customers? "Whatever, just them?" Unbelievable. This tour was for my mom, who had come all the way from Korea, and I was there to translate for her. I chose not to point it out or complain at the time because I didn’t want to ruin my mom’s day (though still ruined mine), but I want everyone to be aware. This behavior is far from inclusive, especially considering Niagara Falls is a world-renowned destination.

Overall, her tour was good, and she took photos for us, but this behavior is...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Tour with Dave!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Dave as our tour guide during our recent trip to Niagara Falls, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we met him, Dave’s warmth and friendliness made us feel like we were exploring with an old friend rather than a guide.

What truly set Dave apart was his subtle sense of humor—he had us laughing throughout the entire walking tour, which made learning about the history of the Falls even more enjoyable. And speaking of history, Dave’s knowledge is next level. His family has lived in the area since the 1700s, and you can feel that deep-rooted connection in the way he tells stories. His personal anecdotes and lesser-known historical tidbits brought so much life and depth to the experience.

Not only did he lead an excellent walking tour, but he also guided us seamlessly to the boat that took us to the base of the Falls. Thanks to him, we felt prepared, excited, and safe every step of the way.

If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, do not miss the chance to take a tour with Dave. He’s a gem of a guide and made our experience one we’ll never forget....

We were so happy to start our day with Walk Niagara Tours! The amount of value we received from the top 3 attractions and our tour guide had even multiple time visitors to Niagara Falls from our group feeling very satisfied with the experience.

Our tour guide Dan communicated with us the night before and morning of the tour to make sure we were all set. Since we chose the Wonder Walk, we decided to park at Skylon Tower and walk about 7 minutes through the beautiful Queen Victoria Park to Murray Hill Welcome Center.

Dan got us all checked in with a smile and we started promptly at 8:15 AM.

As we walked, Dan had great facts and even fun personal stories about The Falls. After 30+ years of working tours, we felt immediately at ease with Dan’s guidance. He navigated us through each attraction and had great spots to huddle for pictures, take in the views and a few shady places to rest and learn about The Falls.

Kudos to the company and especially Dan for helping our family group of 12 people ranging from 4 to 64 years old create such a special memory in just a few...

Morning drive from Toronto to Niagara with a rental car so easy to reach and enjoyed the scenery of changing colors of the leaves in Fall. Stayed at Marriot on early check-in and lunch at Queen’s Park Niagara was fantastic. In the afternoon, we drove around 30 minutes to the Lake for a quick peek and straight to Queen’s St meet the local mom-and-pop store. Night nighttime show was amazing. The breakfast buffet at Marriott was a great start with the sunrise you can watch on the balcony. Walk Niagara Tours with Dave is a kind of experience you would not miss. The tour that starts at 8:15 is the way to enjoy Niagara Falls. Listening to Dave’s from history to current events of Niagara Falls will satisfy you overall. But more when you start feeling the vibration, mist, and wetness of the Niagara Falls. The front corner left of the Ferry had the best view but ready to get soaked. Amazing journey!

What an absolute blast of a tour, all thanks to the legendary Sean! If you're looking for a guide who's equal parts comedian, walking encyclopedia, and master of connections, Sean's your guy. He didn't just show us the sights; he made every moment an unforgettable experience. From the get-go, Sean's energy was infectious. He had us laughing so hard we nearly forgot we were learning fascinating facts about every stop. And speaking of stops, forget endless queues! Sean seems to know everyone worth knowing, magically whisking us to the front of lines, making us feel like VIPs. It was pure magic – no wasted time, just pure enjoyment. Seriously, if you want a tour that's more than just sightseeing – one that's packed with laughter, insider knowledge, and the kind of access that makes you feel like you've unlocked a secret level – book with Sean. You won't regret it! Thanks Sean! Kathy & John
