My now husband and I booked Bellamere for our wedding reception venue. From the moment we contacted Bellamere and met Cindy we knew this was the place we wanted to book. Cindy was so helpful at the beginning stages and then handed us off into the capable hands of Colleen who would be our main planner for Bellamere. Colleen was as well very helpful and supportive throughout every step in the planning process. Every meeting we had with Colleen leading up to the day was productive and helpful. Colleen was very attentive and answered any questions/concerns we had. When it came to the other vendors for the cake snd such Colleen sent us a list of vendors that they deal with to make our choosing easier.
The day of the wedding reception Colleen made sure everything went smoothly. Colleen was right at the door to greet us when we arrived and made sure everything went smoothly for us. She checked in with us every so often to see if we need help with anything. We had a moment when we had to do the bustle and I had my Mom, and Colleen helping to create the bustle. Colleen really jumped in and offered her help to the bridal party which was helpful and most welcomed.
We would also like to shout out to the bar team. When my husband and I came to get some water they were dancing to the music. We noticed and danced our way to them which they continued and joined us. Loved that!
I can't stop saying how impressed we were and we would highly recommend Bellamere and the team at Bellamere to anyone looking for an inclusive wedding venue/reception venue.
Thank you again Cindy, Colleen and the rest of the team at Bellamere for making our wedding reception night a...
Read moreMe and my fiancee had plans to have our wedding here in fall of 2020. We decided to cancel because of how unpredictable and unexciting the planning has been because of covid. My problem is how they conducted themselves therefore after. After hearing that events with large amounts of people were being cancelled all over the world as well as all international flights, we decided it was time to make the call. Family were coming over seas so that posed a problem too (including the most important maid of honor). Not ideal but still not Bellamere's fault especially given that we made the call a few months in advance. Where it became even even more dissapointing is how they weren't willing to work with us in having a smaller wedding ( numbers allowed by the government) or putting the deposit money towards a dinner on a weekday not a prime day for events or weddings. They brushed us off and said too bad. We all hear "we are all in this together" which isn't what we felt here. They didn't offer us any other options. Just to postpone or plan everything ( hard to buy a suit and dress when everything is closed) buy flowers and hope the show still goes on. Post-poning is just not an option we wanted to consider. Our plan was to get married this year and that was an important factor we didn't want to lose. But we also wanted the planning for such a big event to be fun, which it unfortunately hasn't been. So... We're out the deposit we put down and planning a small backyard wedding. One good thing that came of it is we aren't giving more of our money to a business that clearly doesn't genuinely value making people's...
Read moreWe recently got married at Bellamere on May 30th. Patti was our planner, and her team that worked with her were absolutely phenomenal. My husband is recently running his own business as I navigate a masters degree and full time work. Without Patti and the team at bellamere i’m not sure how we would’ve handled the wedding planning process! The venue was beautiful, they made all our dreams come true. The support from staff was amazing and we felt it through the entire process right up until we were packing our decor at the end of the night.
When the wind picked up and became too strong to continue with our outdoor ceremony they moved it inside with record timing ! Of you’re looking for stress free planning this is your place to be!
we had our wedding in the winery, immediately my husband and I finished the initial tour going “ WOW it feels like we’re actually getting married”. The cobble stone floors and cathedral height ceilings made for a beautiful venue and ceremony space! the dining area was just as lovely, with the twinkling lights and tables and mantles set just as we asked.
The food was excellent. and if we could do it all over again we’d do it at Bellamere...
