We had an amazing time at Arbraska Chauveau. It’s so close to Quebec City, you’d have a hard time imagining it’d feel so remote once you get into the forest. There’s a beautiful river running through the whole park, it feels like you’re quite remote. The staff at Arbraska were really outstanding, especially Jennifer, who was very accommodating with my daughter who was scared of some of the course. Thank you Jennifer! Overall, the tree top trekking was great, the advanced parts were quite challenging and we got a good workout. Now the zip lines, they’re just WOW! Most other tree top trekking courses would charge an arm and a leg for a subpar zip line, whereas here they included an incredible 7 zip lines, with several over the beautiful river running through the park. Just beware, the first zip line you should tuck your legs bc I didn’t make it the full way and had to pull myself back. One opportunity, the adult course does allow you to remove your carabiner, which isn’t as safe as the kids course where the carabiner stays on for the whole course. We’ve found in Ontario most tree top trekking is that way, you hook in once and stay connected. However, their instructions for were very good, so safety wasn’t an issue. Overall, well worth a visit if you’re in the Quebec City area.

The adult course is well crafted, challenging indeed. I wasn't sure before if it would challenging just for kids or also for adults and it exceeded my expectations. Long, a lot of variety of swaying bridges ladders obstacles and zip lines. 2 zip lines are long and high over the river and the trees which was amazing. Staff was nice and helpful. Kids course as I understood from my nephews that were with me is more oriented to 4-7 year olds. They are 9-12 and say it was easy for them, yet the adult one is still to hard and big for them.

While visiting the in-laws they took us to visit this very nice zip-line park. I didn’t partake in the zip lining but we did take a nice walk along the paths. There were many fun vantage points to take in the nice scenery of the creek and also watch the zany zip liners traverse along those wires! Very cool and fun indeed! Nice area. I may even zip-line myself next time!

Overall, compared to other Abraska locations my family and I have experienced, this one was enjoyable — I would rate it 8/10 for difficulty, 6/10 for length, and 9/10 for the beautiful scenery, especially the zip line crossing over the small river.

However, I'm giving this a 3-star rating primarily due to our experience with the guide, "Tibi." Unfortunately, she did not appear particularly enthusiastic or engaged during the briefing. Her tone and mannerisms came across as disinterested, which affected the overall atmosphere. It’s possible she was having an off morning or found it challenging to provide instructions in English, but either way, it left a noticeable impression.

If you're considering an alternative, I would suggest visiting the Abraska location in the Charlevoix region, where we've had consistently positive...
