The visitor centre is well set up. There are guided tours. you can also just walk through the exhibition. The view from the top of the dam was impressive. The trip through the bowels of the dam reminds you how cool the ground is beneath the surface. It was a chilly 15C on a 31C day! Der Revelstoke-Staudamm ist beeindruckende 175 Meter hoch und etwa 470 Meter lang. Der Staudamm staut den Columbia River auf, um ein großes Wasserkraftwerk zu betreiben. Das Revelstoke-Kraftwerk hat eine installierte Kapazität von 2.480 Megawatt (MW). Im Besucherzentrum kann man sehr viel erfahren und ansehen, auch für technisch interessierte Kinder geeignet. Leider kann man oben auf der Stauseite nicht nach draußen, trotzdem sehr sehenswert.

I give Zero Stars! Could not enter with my family on July 2, 2022 as they require proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Provincial and Federal governments no longer require this, so I was shocked to see a public attraction (BC Hydro site) still following this policy. Ridiculous...
