Owner still hasn’t reached out after initiating a conversation for further details on Dec 29, 2023. I hope he or she is in good health and this is not a typical case of providing a generic reply on Google review without actually taking any action to resolve customer concerns. Actions speak louder than words, I’m hoping for a better outcome.

A pretty decent place to host a kids birthday party. However I felt the cost was too expensive for what was offered. Paying extra for the birthday party co-ordinator was a COMPLETE WASTE of money. Perhaps the co-ordinator that was assigned to our party was not experienced with kids as she lacked enthusiasm and energy for a kids party. So I decided to take the lead and arrange the games / activities for the kids.

We found a large rusty old safety pin in the sand area that we were assigned to. Luckily this old rusty pin did not injure my daughter or her friends. This is something that everyone needs to be aware of when using the facilities at 6 pack...

I phone in Nov 15th trying to booking for Nov 20th the front desk told me to phone in 1 day before . Ok I phone in Nov 19th was Friday the front desk told me phone in to book at the same day morning at 11 am . I phone in at Nov 20th 11:03 am no one answer I did 3 calls the voicemail said open at 12 am ok fine . I phone in at 12:04 I said I want book today I have 3 kids , the front desk told me today is FULL booked , it’s a birthday party booked month before , why why they don’t let me know week ago when I want to book today , or even I phone in 1 day before u can tell me at Friday. But northing , I wait until the same day and tell me NO . Now me and my friends and our 3 kids have nowhere to go . I sooooooo disappointed for this place , never ever after . And I will told all my friends and my son’s school Noooooooo !!!! And personally I never write anything like this before , because my poor English, but today I’m so dump with this , I write with my dictionary I try my best to write how I disappointed with...

My daughter has her birthday party here and I also booked a coordinator. She set up games and played with the kids. I dont have to entertain them. It is better to book a coordinator to help you take care of the game parts for the kids. However, I have to order food from the cafe at the site. I am not allowed to bring outside food (except for the cake or desserts) unless I purchased at least 150 dollar worth of food and or drinks. Suprisingly, the food is pretty good. Kids loved the chicken strip and fries. The cost of the food will be pretty much equal to the amount that I would spend outside. They are pretty flexible in regarding what time you want them to serve the food. At the end of the day, the kids had so much fun that they dont want to leave. My eldest son is already asking to have his birthday party...
