I knew about the falls under the train bridge, but was pleasantly surprised by the falls at the dam just below it. Beautiful historic site with a park and high, cliffside hiking trails and flat walkways beside the river, observation areas, etc..
There are approximately 100 stairs from the higher to lower parking lots, so (a bit) hard on the knees for some. It was nice to hear the church bells on a Sunday morning. The water movement is loud, so may cause issues for those who are sensitive.

Washrooms are on site, and there is an upper and lower parking area with lookouts at both.
