Msgr. Percival Caza was the Bishop in Quebec during the Second Vatican Council, this was his see. He was a cousin of mine, would have loved to have heard him say Mass at the high altar with full bells and smells of the old rite. I never had the chance to meet him as I’m 37 and he died in the 70s.
