I came with 6 grandchildren, 11,8,7, 2x6 and a 4 year old. As the website wanted you to book, I did. We arrived on a Wednesday, and noticed a sign, which was not very noticable it was "Family" Day - $10.00 each - I inquired with the cashier about getting this "deal" and said no as I pre-booked, We discussed cancelling (as it before our booked time), and fees where non refundable. I understand that she does not make the rules, so I asked to speak to the manager, he was right there - a nice young man - I explained my situation, concerns and disappointment - I dropped a good deal of $ for entry fees and socks. He said there was nothing he could do for me, I suggested that the website should discuss the special days with pricing and the availability of walk-ins clearer. I nicely voice my disappointment and said I would be writing a review - we carried on. The kids, now 15 minutes into their 1 hour jump time started. A bit later the manager came up and provided me with 3 passes for my troubles. I thanked and said again I know he did not make the rules. I would recommend to anyone who is going to this operation call in advance and ask about any specials going on and NOT pre-book. FYI, the kids had alot of fun and the...

I will never take my children here ever again. My child got stuck upside down in the large inflated balls and there was no staff around to help him. I had to get his brother from another area to run over and help him. The staff were all off . This area was not being monitored by the staff at all. It happened more than three times. I have it on video and pictures of the staff. I was up stairs happy taking pictures, till this happened. Staff are very irresponsible. Playing music, eating , dancing, even playing on the trampolines themselves. Staff hanging out talking to each other at the front. Eating the food that their suppose to be selling.. At the end of the night before their shift even ended/ closed bothering customers to move so they can vaccum and wipe down the counters. Truely rude, this should be done after customers are gone, waiting for the store to be closed. They should be on the floor watching that customers, making sure their not getting hurt. It's a no wonder my daughter broke...

I was visiting Saskatoon and took my kids there. Drove for 40 min traffic only to get disappointed. Its so small and has such strict policies about parents have to pay for entering the park. That means if you have a little kid/toddler you wont be allowed unless you buy the ticket for yourself and also their socks. This is separate from buying entrance tickets for kids who are the ones actually jumping. Anyways I bought as I had to make sure my toddler is ok. I have been to so many trampoline parks In Canada and USA, this is the only one with such rule. In others you can go in your regular socks and keep an eye on your kid. Secondly, its so small. Theres just 3 things to play with depending upon your height and age. I understand that some local kids/families may not have other options for trampoline parks. BUT if you are a visitor and want your kids to play and enjoy, please dont waste your time and money at this location. I do not...

I recently visited an indoor trampoline park and had an absolute blast. The trampolines were in great condition and there was a variety of activities to choose from, including a foam pit, basketball hoops, and bumper ball courts. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They made sure to go over the safety rules and were always available to assist if needed. One of the things I appreciated most about the trampoline park was the cleanliness. The trampolines and other equipment were well-maintained and there were plenty of hand sanitizing stations available. And they have a special rate/time for younger kids only! Overall, I highly recommend Apex! It's a fun and exciting way to get some exercise and spend time with friends or family.

We’ve been a couple times usually at toddler time and our kids love it every time. They like all the various areas to play. Shooting on the nets or going into the big crash pit. This most recent time time they had changed the hours around Christmas and it wasn’t entirely clear on the website but I guess that’s semi normal for the time of year. Still would have been nice to know as the pricing was different. Staff have been friendly the times we’ve been. It’s never been crowed the times we’ve been. Don’t forget to bring the socks once you’ve bought them.

I've been to a couple of birthdays here and it is always a win. Kids play then go to the party room. The only thing ni would make more efficient, specially for peak hours is the check in process. You need yo register the kids for the party (using the parent's name) and then go to another station to register for jumping. This is just an improvement so that customers don't have to make 2 or 3 stops before the kids can jump. Otherwise, the place is great, specially for the winter months!!!
