This company (as well as other restaurants' )with apps has very little functuality, if it will open, so that you could try to use it. It is very unfunctional. I had to get an employee to see why I could not get one of my meals on the special pricing offered to me in the app. Something needed to be shut off in the app in order for me to be able to place the order with the deal price! Then if you have more than one Tim's reward number, I had lost my card then started a new one. I found my card, I wanted to merge all the points together on my acct. I can not do it. Maybe I am app challenged? It seems that they make the app so that it is harder to get the free or marked for less items. I was so frustrated that I deleted this app from my phone for about a year... I decided to see if the newer app functions better. So I redownload the app. It will not even open on my phone, even when in a Tim Hortons on their wifi! I tried reopening the app with the wifi turned off. Still will not open. Maybe I need a newer operating system on my phone? Why does it have to be difficult to use your meal deal?
