Cabane à sucre St-Pierre Maple (no restaurant, seasonal) — Attraction in South Glengarry

On our way from Montreal to Kingston, we wanted to check out a sugar shack even though it’s off season now. We got lucky and found this one. Michelle was super friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a brief tour, shared with us the process of how things are done. It was a really fun experience for everyone. We love their dark maple syrup, highly recommended! Other than maple syrup, they also have home grown garlic and honey. They have different packaging for the maple syrup - glass bottle and tin, in which the tin is easy for travellers, that’s very thoughtful! Must visit for anyone who is nearby...

We made this short stop on a trip from Montreal to Toronto and we're so glad we did. Very cute authentic family-owned and -operated farm. The owner took us on a personal tour of the maple camp and the processing facilities, and the prices on delicious veggies and syrup were great!
