My boyfriend and I went to today’s free class on how to ferment pickles and it was absolutely awesome , we got to learn the history of fermentation, got to try fermented pickles and experience how to actually make fermented pickles Thank you so much Marcia again!

Great place to learn about the early settlers of this area. The guide was telling us that in 2026 they hope to open an ice cream shop in one of the out buildings. Something to look forward to!
