Fleetwood Park — Attraction in Surrey

Love going to this park. I live in burnaby and fleetwood park is one of my favorite parks to go to. Great parking. What i love about this park is how family friendly it is. I have it in mind for our second family reunion. Basketball court, place for soccer, tennis courts. I love how much shade there is. A certain section u walk through a forested area with so many benches to sit in along the path thats in the shade. The area where the flower garden is perfect for a wedding. Actually as we were there... there arrived a small wedding party with bride, groom, best man and maid of honor and officiate . Beautiful. Lets talk about the picnic areas that are nicely placed in another section of the park where the water park and kids playground is located. This park as i said..great family park. Great areas for walking about that you end up circling back. If u love the sun lots of space for sun worshipers. If u love the shade much of that. I tell everyone about this park. There are secret things to discover here as well. ...

Fleetwood Park is big public park located on 80th Ave between 156 st & 160 st. This park have nice, clean and small water activities play area for kids. Waterpark have sensors, which mean if no one is playing or around the park water shuts off automatically. If you want to enjoy the water park, just go near that. Enough parking, usually you can find parking at any time if there are no events. There is a big play ground on one side of the park, you can find lot of small team playing different games there. Indian people play cricket on Saturday morning.

There are two big shades sitting area. Both shades have multiple tables, you can not prebook them. These tables are available on first come first serve basis. There are benches in other area of park with out shades.

There were usually an electric outlook which is now locked, so you can not use it. Drinking water...

This park has a load of facilities including a mini water park, a playground area, 2km trail (great for walks and jogs) with a map of the entire park and layout of the trail, tennis courts, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, public washrooms, a water fountain, and long covered benches great for events. I think the best parts of the park is the well kept garden beside the public parking lot. It has seating areas and it's an amazing place to walk through since it's usually quiet compared to the active park neighbouring it. The only downsides of the park are the washrooms since they are never really clean but overall it's a pretty nice and safe seeming park....
