No water right now because COLD. Still a good place to walk around in. Plus, our 1-year old loves the swing in the playground adjacent to it. There are covered and open air picnic tables, whichever tickles your fancy for an early spring picnic. I recommend waiting for summer. 10 out of 10 will...
