I took my 3 and 1 year olds on this trail with the 1 year old in a stroller. Great trail. Easy level of difficulty. Well maintained and smooth. Lots of benches throughout to sit, rest, and enjoy nature. The trail is cool and shaded in most spots. I highly suggest bug spray. The only downside is that you may get lost. I accidentally took a wrong turn at some point even though I thought I memorized the map, and ended up at a dead end that was pretty far from where I wanted to be.
