Lakewood Park North — Attraction in Tecumseh

Beautiful park on Lake St Clair. A great pier that juts out into the lake as well as a small sand beach. Plenty of connected walking trails and a nice covered pavilion with washrooms and vending machines. Grass area can be used for activities like frisbee. There are also some nice historical displays made from the carving of old and large fallen trees. A great park to visit when in the area. A nice little park in Tecumseh, peaceful and quiet in the morning. A great place for exercise and contemplation. The small pier does have some eager fishing enthusiasts trying their luck and socializing. Only disappointment is the public toilets was locked when we visited. Excellent park for everyone to enjoy! The town is constantly making updates to improve the park and there has been a lot of effort to make it a fun place to enjoy with family or friends.
