Haileybury Beach — Attraction in Temiskaming Shores

Lifeguards until 6pm, they were very nice, respectful, friendly and attentive. The slide is a real bonus kids loved it and so did I. Really organized. Clean bathrooms. Water was cold and refreshing, amazing. Huge floating dock where its deeper, fun, so much room. There’s a little splash pad which was also fun and a nice park. The beach was clean, there’s music which is a little loud and maybe not the most appropriate music for kids, but that would not deter me from coming back, I’d sit a little further from the speakers if I was with the kids. Everytime I am in the area I make sure to stop by Haileybury beach for a swim. It’s always clean and it is perfect for both children adults. The lifeguards on duty are also spectacular. During a recent visit I was foolish to enough to wear my glasses down the water slide and naturally lost them when I hit the water. Luckily for me Solomon, one of the lifeguards, was able to find them at the bottom. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am, as those glasses were kinda necessary for my 6 hour drive back home. Absolutely love this place, it's definitely a hidden gem for sure. Great beach with lifeguards, water toys for the kids and changing rooms too. Its extremely close to all amenities, ice cream and a motel just down the road. Clean, friendly with lots for the kids, what more could...
