East Coast Paddle Adventures — Attraction in Town of Souris

I went with my daughter and got a double kayak for 1 hour and when I came back the girl had the price ready for me (as soon a we walked in She said it’s ($89) she had already calculated before we walked in. I didn’t think anything at the time.

I went back and the girl said « oh I must have charged you for 2 double kayaks » Good thing I went back Please be careful and make sure you aren’t getting charged more Seeing as we are from out of town, I’m hoping this isn’t something they do to scam people I would assume that for someone working there you would know the prices by the hour. We also tipped 15% So we ended up giving her 11$ because the tip was calculated on double the price.

Was the experience good, sure !! But I won’t be recommending this place or going back just because I feel I was taken advantage of (because I’m from out of town) Prices are also expensive for the quality of kayaking in that area We were basically paddling in 2-3 inches of water for 75% of the...

Today we made memories to last a lifetime paddling on the Naufrage River with East Coast Paddle Adventures! It was my nephew's first time kayaking so my brother-in-law rented a double kayak, and two other single kayaks for other family members. Gabrielle was so helpful, enthusiastic and efficient in getting us on our way. As we paddled, we saw eagles soaring by and roosting in the trees. We saw great blue herons and blue jays and other wildlife I couldn't identify. It was so peaceful. Today we went just before high tide and it was a good decision as the river can be shallow in spots. We would 100% go again. The price was very reasonable. The service was excellent and the kayaks were very comfortable and in good condition. If I could give higher than five stars I would. Absolutely loved our experience with East Coast Paddle Adventures. This is a fantastic, family-friendly operation that was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
