We have a lot left to explore here. I'm not sure what it's like on a weekend, but during the week , the trails were near empty.

It's an amazing destress in nature. The trails are very well maintained from what we have seen so far perfect for family walking, but be warned ⚠️ some areas are a bit steep and could prove a challenge for the elderly or those with some mobility challenges.

Walking, biking, and horseback riding are all welcome here with plenty of room for everyone.

Your furry friends will love it. They have to be leashed in the majority of the park, but there is an off leash area for them to run around and make friends.

Trails are well marked, with frequent map way points πŸ‘‰ so you will know where you are inside the park. In addition, they have washroom facilities (outhouses the wife's favorite.. πŸ˜†) and plenty of space for picnics and disposal for hot BBQ coals.

Tons and tons of blackberry bushes all over the park, and the Big Rock trail promises a "Big Rock" we can confirm πŸ‘ it is indeed a big rock.

All in all, so far, one of my favorite area parks, we will be...

Pepin Brook loop is a great trek to take your dogs as roughly halfway through you reach the off leash dog park. It's fully enclosed and has two large areas with walking paths, plus a smaller enclosed area for small dogs if there are too many large dogs around. Well maintained by staff; paths are cleared regularly so they are easy to traverse. Even paths that are wide, perfect for strollers or wheelchairs. Mind you there are a few big hills. Good for beginner to intermediate hikers. The only downside is that the park is close to 8th, so you can hear a lot of cars in some areas. There is also occasionally a bad smell in the air, either from the nearby farms or the swampy marsh area that Pepin Brook loop...

I love this park. Been coming to it daily since March but after our walk today, my truck was broken into! We parked in the first lot to the right when entering the main parking area. When we arrived, the lot was full and we didn't see the sign on the west side stating the most recent break in was 2 days before. Hard to believe with how busy the park is, anyone had time to break in on the main road! While we were cleaning the broken glass out of the truck, there was always someone every 2-5 min. I'm sad to think someone saw this and didn't at least report it to the Langley RCMP. This won't stop me from using this park but it will affect the time I use it. This occurred between 4:45pm and 6:15pm...
