I guess technically you're not supposed to go down there 🫢 Short hike from the bridge along the fence line. Kids had a blast and water level was low enough to get across. You don't have to enter through Ferris Provincial as there is parking close to the locks if all you're doing is seeing the Bridge/Falls.
