The worst casino... the worst experience. Never go there...very, very, very bad staff...a staff that does not respect customers... Be aware from Rachel and Eric ill tell my story

We asked to fix the machine and i asked my girlfriend to bring a coffee for me while they are fixing the machine .. i asked a girl her Name Rachel (soooo rude girl ) to reserve it for my girlfriend and i insert 20 $ and i show her the Privilece CARD But she refused and she Wanted To reserve the machine to someone who came later and Because we dont speak french she doesnt want to reserve for us and she was talking so loud without respect I told her ..i have the right to reserve ..we were playing and i have a credit of 20 $ She pressed the bottom of cash out and gave a me the voucher of 20 $ ..i told her u have to show some respect And dont be rude ..i asked her to talk to the manager ..she refused and she called one of her coworkers..his name is Eric ..Eric was more rude than Rachel He asked to get out …you can imagine..he said 5 times u need to get out he tried to force me .. I was literally in shock...how could they treat customers with such rudeness...I have been going to Montreal casino regularly for 4 years and there were not any problems and we can speak English there. And u can go to withdraw money and u can ask someone to keep the machine for you for few minutes ‎‏Finally, I was able to meet an employee from Lotto Quebec. I explained to her what happened in details and asked her to review the cameras to verify the accuracy of my words. I knew from her that these rude employees do not work for Lotto Quebec. ..they work for Garda ..These employees insulted us. I will tell my story to every one Casino...

Toute une déception Nous sommes allez au salon de jeux pour fêter le jour de l'an. On attendais ce moment avec impatience pour passer une belle soirée entre amis , malheureusement nous avons jamais réussi à franchir l'entrée. Nous avons été accueilli, si on appel ça un accueil, par une fille de la sécurité avec un vrai air de boeuf et une attitude très arrogante ,ça commençais déjà tres mal notre soirée. Elle a demandé les pièces d'identité à mon amie qui a 37 ans en passant et les avais pas avec elle seulement en photo dans son téléphone comme beaucoup d entre nous d'ailleurs. Nous a catégoriquement refusé l'entrée que c'était la politique. Toute une décision sans jugement. La suite nous a encore plus choqué, car je suis allée chercher les directeurs du casino , ils nous auraient laisser entrée mais les gardiens non, c est pas sensé être eux les dirigeants qui prennent les décisions. Honnêtement, j'ai plus de 25 ans d' expérience dans le service à la clientèle et j'ai jamais vu une situation de la sorte où on se soucis pas de ses clients, sans empathie et compréhension. Ils nous on tous gâché notre soirée. En bref, ils ont manqué une belle occasion pour faire connaître cette endroit et avoir peut être de nouveaux clients. Soyez assuré qu'ils nous on laissé tous très très amer et nous remetterons jamais les pieds là bas. Et de ce qui est d'une recommandation du Salon de jeux de notre part oublier ça, à moins d' aimer faire...
