This museum is a treasure.

It's an engaging and enchanting trip into the history of the area, showing you how people built boats when it wasn't just a hobby, but the only way you would have a boat.

The interpretation is engaging and kids are made very welcome. They're shown how to build a simple toy boat, which they keep.
