Originally built in 1915 as St. Peter’s third Anglican rectory, this historic building was transformed into a museum in 1973 to showcase Twillingate’s rich heritage. It’s a charming place filled with local antiques and stories. There’s a lot of time pieces that showcase Newfoundland’s history. This museum flows like a residential property bringing you through exhibits that show various types of industry and domestic activity. We got through the museum in about 45 minutes.
